不是service fee。The weighted average of the coupon rate(WAC) for the mortgage loans in the pool is 6%这个是coupon rate=6%
然后每月就是6%/12=0.5%。所以每个月的interest=par*0.5%
然后这个总的interest是包含两部分，因为 pass-through rate= 5.5%；WAC=6%，相当于5.5/6=11/12，这是给到投资者的。那么剩下的1/12是服务费。
分数没有什么特别的意思，只是分子是小数不好看。
