900和2400是公司的debt 和equity。而本题要求项目的equity beta，因此对应的要使用项目的D/E
根据题干evaluate Kruspa’s planned financing of the required €100 million in Sweden with an €80 million public offering of 10-year debt and the remainder with an equity offering.
项目是用80m debt 和20m equity，因此D/E就是80/20 哦
