NPV和IRR冲突的原因有三个reinvestment rate assumption, the timing of the cash flows, or the scale of the projects。
其中 reinvestment rate assumption是IRR的缺点。
而the scale of the projects是NPV的缺点哦，NPV忽视了项目的规模。
