长同学老师，这个题为什么research是违规啊？当时在公司时候做的research没有尽职尽责，但是带走的research不是在他加入公司之前做的吗？也没说没有尽职尽责啊？而且知识产权那个我感觉违规了啊……不是说这个国家知识产权不能转移吗？那他离开了还用

intellectual property 指的是他用在加入前雇主公司之前自己的知识his personal papers and research notes that were created prior to his joining Apac。
