使用（人为主观）判断（Judgment Sampling）可以确保在样本体现了总体特征

2.there is significant risk that the sample is not representative  of the population.
（人为判断并抽样）存在很大风险（样本并没有代表总体）。例如一个审计师认为被调查公司库存有很大粉饰可能性，审计师会人为判断并着重看被调查公司库存的资料（库存不能代表整个公司的情况，库存粉饰不代表整个公司财务报表都粉饰）

截图中只有Judgment Sampling会用到“判断”，表述中凭借“Judgment”可以判断是非概率抽样
