史同学请问，在Direct financing lease 中Lease receivable是如何去计算的？讲义中有两处存在差异！

Sinny同学你好，这两个是等价的，可以看一下第一张PPT中的第一个远点，已经说了在direct finance lease中PV of lease payment和lease asset的CV是相同的，而CV of asset就是资产的cost
