make the market和take the market就是下单在best bid和best ask上。
如果下单后不能成交。属于make the market；如果下单后可以成交，属于take the market
比如说市场上best bid=8，best ask=10，
如果下limit buy @8，不能成交（因为最低的卖价是10元），属于make the market；
如果下limit buy @10，直接买卖双方可以以10元成交，属于take the market。
