梁同学这里的公式是固收里特殊形式。需要记一下。与其他的科目不同。 free cash flow after dividends=cash flow from operation-net capital expenditure-dividends。问题解答给出的公式如上，可以讲解中，并没有-dividends，是为什么呢？

Danyi同学你好，
已经去掉了dividend。以company X为例，free cash flow after dividends=cash flow from operation-net capital expenditure-dividends。
其中Net capital expenditures资本支出净额指的是property and equipment，Additions to property and equipment是-1，Proceeds from sale of property and equipment是0.2，所以Net capital expenditures=-1+0.2=-0.8。
因此free cash flow after dividends=3.3-0.8-0.3=2.2
0.3就是dividend。
