崔同学请问百题36，proceeds from issurance of new shares算不算做non-operating items呢？为什么不算它呢？

Sinny同学你好，proceeds from issuance of new shares是企业从股东处收到的现金，不属于non-operating item（这个项目不在利润表中，因此不进行operating 和non-operating的划分）
这里不计算，因为FCFE本身就是计算归属股东的现金流，从股东处拿到钱再给回股东，这个操作没有意义，因此不考虑proceeds from issuance of new shares
