同学你好，这些是IMF的 目的没有错，但是IMF对于economic growth以及poverty的降低的作用主要是通过international trade这方面的调节来得到，而题目的要求是通过提供货币以及技术的支持，这个是和IMF没有关系的。
世界银行会提供相应的贷款以及技术支持
