1 长期资产处置的损益，不算在投资性现金流中，
例如：长期资产账面净值50，卖了100，后的100现金，
2 但是这个损益时我们计算投资性现金流的一个重要需要考虑的信息、
然后，我们计算cfi时候，直接算100现金流即可，不用再叠加50的gain，因为重复计算了
