Ephemeral讲义里写的是CPR is the annual rate at which a mortgage pool balance is assumed to be prepaid during the life of the pool。 我能理解CPR是annual rate，如果这样讲的话讲义里这句话，during the life of the pool ，是不是就是有问题的呢？

讲义里面during the life of the pool可以理解为说的是在整个存续期间内。也就是整个存续期间内每年提前偿还一部分的概念。
