黄同学high water 和哪个值比较？hurdle rate 应该和哪个相乘是high water还是642？答案算incentive fee 没有扣减管理费，这是为什么😣

Evian, CFA同学你好，如图1：high water mark是在保护investor not pay twice for the same performance，t=4时，不能按120-105算incentive fee,而是120-110；hurdle rate应该与initial capital(583.1 mil)相乘；这道题目的没有说是incentive fee based on profits before management fee还是incentive fee based on profits net of management fee
