Sinny同学你好，potential GDP指的是在full employment下的GDP没错，但是不等于是max existing resource下的GDP。
full employment并不代表是没有人失业，而从人工角度看，我们所说的GDP一定是所有员工自愿工作的情况下，每天工作正常的工作时间，比如8小时，的情况下产生的GDP。但是如果是resource最大利用度的情况下，会存在每人每天工作超过8小时，同时如果可以，机器能不休息就不休息的情况下产生的GDP。两个完全是不等价的。
