这里是因为经典题这道题它的题干During the first six month after the bond´s issurance. the CPI increase by 2%也是说这半年CPI它上升了2%，所以2%都是属于这半年里的。不用除以2。
其他的题目如果没有进行描述的话都是默认年化。
