depreciation和loss on sale of equipment是属于NCC（非现金项目）下的
decrease in account receivable；increase in inventories；increase in accounts payable是属于working capital investment（营运资本投资）下的
capital expenditures是属于 fixed capital investment（固定资本投资）下的
最后 issue new shares发行新股是不包括在FCFE计算中的。
