本题要求
g计算：
the earnings growth rate rather than the dividends growth rate and
the average of the payout ratios over the relevant period, in this case 2006-2009, rather the most recent payout ratio.

那计算growth rate为什么是用几何平均，因为是过去值？

我们要算的是2006-2009年的增长率，假设增长率不变为g，增长率是用乘的方式，
2006年为E1，2007=E1*（1+g），2009=（1+g）^3 ，求g
