首先，desired rate of return of the investor这个说法公司金融中没有出现过。
看到以下这些名词都可以当做折现率，cost of capital，discount rate，required rate of return，cost of RE，WACC
所以你的假设不成立，这样就有多个选项了

不是概念相等，只是都可以用来作为折现率，题目中看到要知道这个是折现率。不会同时给出两个来让你判断哦。
