non recurring item就是不可持续项目也叫做unusual or infrequent items非经常性项目。比如出售固定资产，这一部分仍然是需要考虑到税的影响，是税前列支的项目，也就是above the line。
discontinued operation items是终止经营项目，公司不再经营该项目，通过是出售完整的生产线，这一部分不需要考虑税的影响，是税后列支的也就是below the line。
一般考试如果考到的话，会问你这个项目是税前列支（above the line）还是税后列支（below the line）。
