192****4472老师在其他问题的答复里说：“关于单纯的汇率并不一定要求是fully convertible的哦。但是如果是理想的汇率制度，这个货币一定是fully convertible的”对此不是很理解：1. fully convertible是什么意思？是类似于我国家的货币可以随意，自由兑换美元，加拿大元，人民币等各国货币(fully)都没有问题（不会被对方国拒绝）的意思吗？2. 单纯的汇率并不一定要求是fully convertible的，又是什么意思呢？是我这个国家的货币不理想（国家太弱，货币不值钱），它可能换不了美元（美国看不上我国家小，拒绝跟我换）的意思吗？

Sinny同学你好，fully convertible是指我想兑换多少的外币都是可以兑换的
比如美元、日元这些，我们想要兑换没有任何的限制，你想兑换多少外币都可以兑换多少外币，这种称之为fully convertible
如果说兑换受限，比如你要兑换某个国家的货币，可以兑换，但是只能兑换比如10万或者100万，这种就不是fully convertible的哦
