非常感谢老师耐心答复~! 那么1. C选项是错在“all”的表述太绝对吗？（To技术，如果看提问时能直接显示/ 链接到原题讲解的答案和小视频就好了，能及时回看会很有帮助）2. Risk govemence包含Board和Managment两个层面，其中Board oversees management，这样的表述/ 理解正确吗？

1.all后边是the organization's hierarchy，理论上讲“all”不算是绝对，组织各个层级都需要做风险管理，也就是不确定性管理。C实际错在没有描述risk governmence的定义。
2.嗯嗯，有两个层面，不过“oversees”可能不合适，因为board是制定风险的目标/承受/预算，management是负责执行board定的这些指导方针的。
