sparklexxx老师好， 讲义上说的5个例子里面，在到期之前卖掉的，算Annualized HPR时候的分子是等额Coupon的FV＋面值折现到卖的那年，并没有加上capital gains/losses。但capital gains/losses就是total return的一部分，为什么在计算的时候没体现呢？以及，Capital gains/losses=Selling price-Carrying price，账面价值是看哪个？

capital gains/losses已经体现在公式里面了。total return表示的就是实际你收到的钱，实际收到的就是卖出的价格和coupon及coupon reinvestment。这个capital gains/losses已经含在你的卖出的价格里面了
这里因为在计算中，我们不会给出carrying value的值，所以用purchase price代替进行计算。但是在概念定性考察上面，是跟carrying value进行比较得出的capital gain/loss。
