陈同学你好，关于重估方法，我还不是很理解，原版书后题目第98页第11，第12题，麻烦把这两题讲解下(另外英语部分涉及到从句也比较多，比较难理解)，关于评估减值感觉比较难，

valuing asset 评估资产价值
at (按照） the amount of cash and cash equivalents paid （支付现金的量） or the fair value of the consideration given （支付对价的公允价值）
to acquire them （用于购买）
评估资产价值，用购买资产时，支付现金的量和支付对价的公允价值评估，因为是购买时，所以是过去的成本，选historical cost。

12：asset are recorded at the amount（用于计量资产的量），that 后面都是修饰amount。received in an orderly disposal 处置资产时收到的钱。因为是收到的钱，所以我肯定是卖资产给别人，卖价属于realizable value
