这句话的意思是在以2010年3月31日为期末节点的这一个财政年度的期初，资产价值是250万，而在这一期的期末，也就是2010年3月31日，资产价值是300万
因此这里的时间点并不是相同的时间点哦，资产价值的变化在revaluation model下，由于用公允价值进行计量，因此公允价值的变动是需要体现在资产负债表中的哦
