这里是两个概念 value-based 和 values-based不是一回事。
1. value based：The objective of a value-based approach is to mitigate risks and identify opportunities by analyzing ESG considerations in addition to traditional financial metrics. 主要目标是降低风险和识别ESG相关的投资机会。

2. values-based：Conversely, the objective of a values-based approach is to express the moral or ethical beliefs of an investor. 是指表现出道德偏好，但是这种偏好不一定是有利可图的。
