张同学individual relationship不是应该向client disclose嘛， 为什么这道题是向employer disclose呀？ 是不是所有向client披露的内容都要向雇主披露呀？

这里还未涉及跟客户沟通向客户披露的这一步。change manager首先要先向雇主披露

disclosure to employers下面没有呀。
disclosure to employers 的第二大点“the same。。。”那段是说所有跟clients讲的内容都要向employers也披露吗？

1. disclosure to employers 的第一大点前面说到的两个只是举例，后面讲到了and related activities to prevent situations that could give the appearance of a conflict of interest. 意思就是只要可能看起来会引起利益冲突的都是要首先披露给雇主的
2. disclosure to employers 的第二大点“the same。。。”那段是说所有跟clients讲的内容都要向employers也披露吗？ 对的。
