QiA选项的All applicable已经给Regulations和law定性了，是所有适用的规则和法律。是整个公司需要去遵从这样的设定应该是没有错的啊。不单单是委员会，管理层也需要遵从的。 所说的绝对是什么意思？难道管理层在管理公司的时候可以不尊从适用的规则和法律吗？这样的管理层不会解雇吗？
