这里可以理解为断点。也就是当融资成本发生改变的点对应的融资规模。
break point公式如下，如果不记得话可以回看一下基础班的讲义。
break point = (amont of capital at which the components cost of capital changes)/(weight of the component in the capital structure)
Break point = 1 million/40% = 2.5 million.
