李同学老师你好 我觉得null hypothesis应该是大于6才对呀 因为小于等于6是分析师希望的 放在alternative hypothesis 这样理解对吗

你的思路是没问题的。
但是题目描述“To test the hypothesis that the historical average return on an index is less than or equal to 6%”，to test去检验，后边跟着的是H0的描述，而且描述中包含了等号，所以这个题目比较特殊。
