Vicky同学你好，
因为cost of capital就等于required rate of return。
公司获取capital就是为了投资获得收益，所以cost of RE也就是cost of capital。当做折现率来用哦。
看到以下这些名词都可以当做折现率，cost of capital，discount rate，required rate of return，cost of RE，WACC
