因为题干中这里说到了she is uncomfortable with the validity of the research provided by this vendor when it applies to her country，也就是她认为这个研究是无效的，当有理由怀疑第三方研究或信息来自缺乏可靠依据的来源时，不得依赖该信息。后面也说到了due diligence就表示她对第三方和local的都已经做过了详细的调查
