错在maximize
The ultimate goal of management is to increase the book value (shareholders’ equity on a company’s balance sheet) of the company and maximize the market value of its equity.
以上来源于原版书，最终目的是增加BV，最大化MV。因为MV还是股东是实实在在的变现价值。
