栾同学老师 这题怎么会没有 violate 呢？题目说经理直接 ignore 了客户的提议，可是上课老师说如果客户提出不符合IPS的要求时，首先要和客户 review and update IPS, 客户同意我们就照做，客户不同意我们再看是否偏离IPS，而题目中明显是偏离原有IPS的，这时经理不是该把这部分退出来转交给客户自行打理了吗？

因为这道题里面这个18-year-old student他是这个信托的受益人，但受益人不是客户。The client is the trust/trustees, not the beneficiary. 既然不是客户，所以他提出的要求我们是不用管的。

题目说 the student asks the PM, and this student is the beneficiary of the trust. 老师上课不是说一定要考虑到真正受益人的需求，那在这里就是这个学生啊… 而且学生18岁也成年了 不是吗

客户是信托的受托人，这里题干中已经说明了在受益人30岁之前的investment policy都要是a stable，low-risk source of income。
这个不是养老基金，不是像养老基金那样客户是雇员。对于信托：client is the trust/trustees, not the beneficiary.
