屠同学我想请问一下brokerage commissions是不是经纪公司的佣金？为什么C选项违反了Code and Standards?答案里写的是may not be directed to pay for the investment manager's operating expense. MAY NOT不是完全不允许的意思吧。

Vito Chen同学，你好。brokerage是交易佣金。所以不能用于基金经理的费用的。
