小同学这一题算的时候是7%*（1-40%），而不是0.5*7%*（1-40%）+ 0.5*9%*（1-40%），是因为算cost of debt用的是新增加的负债的，就是这个时候算的是maginal的意思对吗？ 那问什么问题的时候是0.5*7%*（1-40%）+ 0.5*9%*（1-40%）这么计算呢？

如果题目中没有 The company has no other debt outstanding
那么就是按照wacc计算。
