我不理解的是资金来源，为什么是the proceeds of the sale of the loan pool？把loan pool本身就是现金流来源

这里说的就是来自于出售贷款池的收益。SPV把贷款汇集成贷款池然后他要出售这个贷款池给投资者。投资者买的就是贷款池里的份额
