OliverbugCMBS这里，说CMBS都是non-recource。 但是还有一行字： The residential mortgage lender can use only the proceeds from the sale of the property for rePMT and has no recourse to the borrower for any unpaid balance. 请问这句话是说，RMBS也没有追索权吗?

CMBS是肯定无追索权的（non-recourse ）。但是对于RMBS来说并不是绝对的，一部分有追索权，一部分没有。
