在重估模型下，资产重估对净收益的影响取决于重估最初是增加还是减少资产的账面价值。
举个例子，一个资产初始是100块，第一年跌到90块，因此记10块钱的loss在利润表里。第二年涨到100，此时不是在OCI记10块的gain，而是先抵消原账户也就是在I/S先转回，记10块钱的gain。
