这里对于Plan sponsors 和consultants 的确并不是在所有情况下他都是可以作为公司来宣称自己遵循了GIPS。他们必须要actually manage assets,选项A中说到了他们manage assets,所以才是正确的，如果没有这个限定那就不能视为是公司。
