这句话还是不太了解。之前上课时，我理解的过度抵押是说，borrower借款，其抵押品的价值超过了其借款额度。 那么在这句话中，抵押品是什么？为什么汽车贷款合同本金余额总额 超过 票据本金余额 就是过度抵押了?这里的汽车贷款合同本金余额是borrower的债权吗? 票据本金余额应该是他的债务。

这里抵押品说的就是automobile loan contracts，这个汽车贷款合同他是有个金额的，这个金额就是aggregate principle balance，这个金额要exceeds principle balance of the notes，也就是高于债券的金额，notes代表的是债券的意思。
