1，前面正确，对于make the market是指新的 bid 或ask等于市场最优买卖价。
2.Behind the market和Far from the market 都是远离市场价格。far from比Behind里面更远。 没有above the market
Make a new market是指出的买价或者卖价是优于市场上的最优买卖价，但是又不能成交的指令。
