我这里的页码可能和你的打印版本略有不同，这个部分是在技术分析部分，最后cycle周期的说法中。
这题考得的是原版书的原话，考察得比较细节。如下：
The longest of the widely recognized cycles was identified by Nikolai Kondratieff in the 1920s. Kondratieff was an economist in the Soviet Union who suggested that Western economies had a 54-year cycle. 
K说西方经济的周期一般是54年，这是现有知道的最长周期。
18年的周期是另外的说法，一般认为3个18年周期，正好构成一个54年的K周期。
The 18-year cycle is interesting because three 18-year cycles make up the longer 54-year Kondratieff Wave.
