FionaLLL为什么是protect investors from the issuer's bankruptcy不是protect investors from bank's bankruptcy？issuer就是SPV/SPE，那么就算银行把loan卖给了SPV/SPE，然后SPV/SPE自己倒闭了，怎么可以保护投资者？

通过资产证券化，发行的ABS它的信用质量只和underlying assets（贷款）有关，即使SPV破产倒闭了，ABS依然不受影响。
