黄同学If the probability that fail to reject the null hypothesis when it actually false increases, how about the confidence level? 问下这道题为什么答案是increase啊 type2 error increase的话不就说明太过保守嘛 然后significant level变高了嘛所以confidence level应该是下降的吧

P(reject the null hypothesis when it actually false)越大，alpha越大，confidence level越小
P(fail to reject the null hypothesis when it actually false)越大，alpha越小，confidence level越大
