CCA现在新考纲更名为Consumption of fixed capital (CFC)，意思是一样的，
The consumption of fixed capital (CFC) is a measure of the wear and tear (depreciation) of the capital stock that occurs in the production of goods and services.

就相当于CCA算是折旧，折旧一般不算在GDP内，但现在个人收入内

但是不计入national income,
所以我们计算出national income是GDP减去CCA
