发行人会将提前偿还这一部分钱给到债券受托人（bond´s trustee，受托人这里是负责具体偿还的事宜），然后，受托人具体有两种方式选择提前偿还：一是按照债券的面值，二是按照债券的编号来进行赎回（select by lottery the serial numbers of bonds ）。
