是这句吗“Note: One-twelfth of the cost of the commitment fee (which gives an option to borrow any time during the year) is allocated to the first month.”
这句话的意思就是commitment fee是在第一个月计算的，因为这个人只借一个月钱，所以只用付一个月的fee，那么就是一年费率的1/12
