比较三个含义，题干并没有说要重置一个资产需要多少成本，而是在市场上以公允价值买入一个资产，买入的资产刚进入资产负债表估值时，最可能时哪个呢？三者比较，最可能的当然是historical cost，the amount originally paid for the asset
