A错误的原因是证券化减少了中间人的作用，增加了非中介化。证券化不需要例如投行等中间商的参与，而不是增加了中介人。
原版书上原话：Because of disintermediation (that is, lessening the role of intermediaries), the costs paid by borrowers can be effectively lowered while the risk-adjusted returns to investors can be enhanced.
