这道题目问的是在以下哪种情况 actual GDP会超过潜在GDP，
“An inflationary gap occurs when the economy’s short-run level of equilibrium GDP is above potential GDP, resulting in upward pressure on prices.”这是原版书的解释。
就是当发生这种情况时，会造成物价上涨也就是通胀的压力
这是由于需求过高引起的，供给的潜在能力是跟不上需求的，所以只能涨价，这里跟真实GDP的计算不要混起来
